By accessing or using LifePacked, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use LifePacked. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

Description of Service

LifePacked provides trip cost estimates by aggregating travel pricing from third-party providers. Prices and availability are estimates and may change at the time of booking.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

License and Access

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

User Content and Feedback

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, and display it for the purpose of operating the Services. If you send feedback, you agree we may use it without restriction or compensation.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or data.
• Use the Services to violate any law or infringe any rights.
• Interfere with security features or attempt unauthorized access.
• Transmit malware, spam, or abusive content.

Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services (such as booking providers). We are not responsible for their content or policies, and any transaction you make is between you and the third party.

Subscriptions and Payments

If you purchase paid features, you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes. Prices and billing terms will be disclosed at purchase. Payments are processed by third-party providers, and their terms apply. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

LifePacked and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or to protect the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LifePacked and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LifePacked and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Daycoded LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
